At Flyrr.com, we believe in providing the highest level of satisfaction to our customers. If there is a doubt or query, one can easily contact our customer support service for clarification. In the rare case that you are not completely satisfied with your frames you can easily return or exchange them, no questions asked.
- All undamaged Sunglasses and Eyeglasses frames may be returned for a refund within 14 days of receiving the order.
- After 14 days, the item will not be eligible for a refund.
- Refunds will be issued within 7 business days from receipt of the item and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
- Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know about the return and you will be issued a RMA #.
- If you wish to exchange your frames, you can easily do so by sending us back the item within 14 days of receiving the order.
- The new item should be of the same value or less than the item originally ordered.
- If you have made the payment with a credit card we will bill your card for the difference in price or credit your card if there is a credit. Shipping fees will be charged once again.
- All exchanges will be subject to a 10% exchange fee.
Received Incorrect or Damaged goods?
- If you have received an item which you did not order, you should contact the customer care service at +1-818-485-2484 or email us at email@example.com
- If case the box in which the item has arrived has extensive visible damage, you are requested to refuse delivery and contact our customer support as soon as possible.
- All returned merchandise must be in its original saleable condition when received. Please be sure to include all of the original material that we sent with the merchandise.
- Items must be sent via any Insured Carrier for shipment with Signature Confirmation. We cannot be responsible for items that are lost in the mail on the way back to us.
- Please write your name, address, email address, order number, and date you placed the order on a separate piece of paper. Send this information in the package to the following address.
- Please request RMA# and return instructions before shipping your item(s) back to us. Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted without the RMA#.
- We do not offer any return or exchange on prescription lenses.
