In case you do not like the shipped product for any reason, you can return the product for a refund, within 14 days of purchasing the product, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping is free. We’ll provide you with a return shipping label that you can use to send the product back to us. All products that are returned should be in an undamaged and original condition complete with the warranty papers and accessories if any. Prescription glasses can not be returned.

Shipping is done via UPS on all products. Once the order has been received, the product generally ships within 1 - 3 working days. We are not responsible for any additional fees or tariffs that may be applied to the package upon entry into your country. Please contact your local post office to see if any charges will be applied.

Certain eyewear models often go on Backorder due to high demand. Most retailers only inform you of Back Order status after you purchase the product. We try our level best to keep the Backorder status of all products up to date on our site. ‘Item on Backorder’ means the item is not in stock. If you are interested in buying a product that is on backorder you’ll need to place the order with us. Once we receive your order we in turn place the order with the brand manufacturer to ensure that when the next lot of the products are released, your order gets priority. Some backordered products have an associated date. This is an estimate when we can expect the product from the brand company. Items on backorder that do not have a date usually take about 2 weeks to arrive.

We ship globally using UPS/USPS . We charge US $10 for shipping within the US. For Canada its US $25 and for all other destinations it’s a flat US $35 .
